Appointment Scheduling/Cancelling

If you need to cancel an appointment, please do so 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made under 24 hours in advance will result in a full service charge. No-call and no-shows will also result in a full service charge.

If you are exposed to COVID-19 or become sick prior to your appointment, please reschedule your appointment either online or by texting me at 503-830-8840. You will not be charged as long as you notify me before your scheduled appointment. No-call and no-shows will result in a full service charge.

 

If Gift Certificates are being used, without the cancellation notice your gift certificate will be forfeited. Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed for cash or used to purchase another gift card. Gift Certificates can not be returned. The Spa Upstairs and I are not responsible for lost or stolen certificates.

General Policies

Please arrive at least 5-10min. before your appointment to ensure that your service can be started on time, and to complete any necessary forms. Please be sure to silence your phones.  Treatments and procedures are final and non-refundable.
